Baozi and Other Beautiful Food

The three northeast provinces are collectively known as Dongbei. Dongbei-style food is known to be less spicy than in the south. They also use wheat and corn in a lot of meals instead of rice. I had carrot juice at the work lunch I mentioned before. Pickled napa cabbage is also very popular and potatoes are mixed into a lot of meals.
