This week was Halloween and I did notice that the people of Exeter don't really get into the spirit of Halloween much like Americans. In my neighborhood, no one decorated their homes, and none of the children went trick or treating. When I asked one of my friends why this happens, she told me that Halloween is not a big deal in the city like it is in America.
The apple tree in the backyard of my house is dropping apples.
