Day two of the Alsace journey encompassed sightseeing in Strasbourg, France, a beautiful city notable for its blend of German and French influences, culture and architecture.
There are many types of boats navigating the rivers here in France and Germany. When there's a change in the river's height and they can't go over a waterfall, they use a "lock" system.
