I traveled a total of 200 miles. 180 miles to Siena and back, plus 20 miles of walking this week.
I estimate I have traveled around 2,000 miles so far. I traveled to the south of Italy over Christmas, I visited the sea and the small towns south of Rome.
I took the tram and the bus. The tram is like a little train that moves around the town.
The most interesting place I visited this week was the church in Siena. Inside, the marble artwork and statues were so detailed. It is hard to believe such a building was created before there was electricity or machines!
Signor Owl wants to go to the toy store....I hope I can take him there soon and show you what he finds!
