I took things easy during my last week of winter break, so I traveled just 96 miles to and from the soccer game in the town of Larnaca.
Taking into account this week’s 96 miles, I now have 12,420 miles under my belt since starting my journey back in September. That’s the same distance as if I traveled the length of the Brooklyn Bridge, which is just over one mile long, 10,952 times!
As usual, my car was my “best friend” this week since there is relatively little effective public transportation here. I can hardly believe it’s already been two and a half months since I began driving on the left side of the road. It feels so natural now. If I could learn to do that, I’m pretty sure I can learn to do anything, and so can you, if you put your mind to it!
