The most interesting place I visited this weekend was Myrdal. Myrdal is a village in Norway that Anisha and I passed by on the train. There are only a handful of houses and a train station in the small village, making Myrdal one of the most isolated places I’ve ever visited. The scenery surrounding the village is beautiful, and I even saw snowcapped mountains in the distance.
When traveling, it’s important to remember that different countries use different plugs and outlets. In Edinburgh, I use a United Kingdom adapter that lets me plug in my American chargers and appliances, but in Norway, the plugs and outlets are different. I had to buy a couple of Norwegian adapters at the airport just so I could charge my phone and laptop at the hotel!
