Nika's favorite thing to do is play princesses, especially Cinderella (Popelyushka). When it is warm out, she plays at the river.
For dinner, Nika loves to eat varenyky (boiled dumplings stuffed with potato, cheese, or other filling) and butter. She doesn't have her own bedroom yet but sleeps with her parents, which is common for children in Ukraine. Nika goes to bed at around 11:00 p.m. Do you have a consistent bedtime?
Nika is a very energetic girl and it is cool to see her grow up as a child living in Ukraine. Do you think her life is similar or different to the lives of American children?
