Pryvit! Hello! My name is Victoria Tytone, but you can call me Tori! I am from New York and went to school at St. John's University, where I studied psychology. Last year, right after graduation, I joined the Peace Corps! The Peace Corps is an incredible program that lets people volunteer in countries all over the world. I wanted to volunteer because I enjoy helping people and learning about new cultures.
I let Peace Corps send me anywhere, and they picked Ukraine! Ukraine is a very unique country. It is next to Russia, but also near the rest of Europe. I've been living for 16 months in a small town in central Ukraine called Radomyshl. I teach English to grades 3 through 11, so I get to see lots of different students every day. Oh, and I also have a puppy named Dima! I am so excited to teach you all more about Ukraine and share some of my exciting adventures over the next few months!
