They optimize and change their ecosystem so that only other koi can survive.
We are not worried about koi fish. They are sometimes looked at as an annoyance if they mix with a new ecosystem because they can destroy it. Koi fish are kept around because they are very beautiful and are used for mainly aesthetic purposes.
