Because of all of the rain in Pasto, there were a few small deslizamientos (landslides) around the area. Back in January, a landslide fell onto the cross-country Panamerican road, which left the department of Nariño, where I live, cut off from the rest of Colombia. Thankfully, people have fixed the road and the recent landslides were not too bad.
