South Korea has many clean water filters where you can get water.
The best meal I had was a dessert from a cafe in Busan. I am a really big fan of coffee and pastries, so I love trying different dessert spots. While there, I found a really cute cafe that had the best chocolate macarons! I also tried a chocolate madeleine, but it was not as tasty as the macaron.
While in Busan, I listened to a lot of French music because two of my friends are from France. Our hotel had a rooftop, so at night, we would all gather together and enjoy the view while listening to music and talking. Since I had never listened to French music before, it was a new experience.
The activity that was most fun was riding the Songdo beach cable car. The cable car is an aerial tram that rides over the beach and has glass flooring so you can look below at the ocean. Since we rode them at night, we weren’t able to see the ocean, but it looked beautiful because there were many lights.
Over the course of the week, I read a lot for classes. I am taking four courses, and they all assign many articles and books. On my way to Busan, I read my textbook for my Reconciliation and Justice in International Politics class.
While at the beach, my friends played soccer with another group of people, but I did not play. I am not a sports fan, so I sat back and watched. However, while we were on the rooftop, there was a bean bag toss game, so I played that a couple of times.
