This week I was able to travel a lot within Israel. As I mentioned, I traveled to the South of Israel through the Negev desert to Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea. I also made a trip to Tel Aviv to see the photography exhibit and to one of its suburbs Herzliya in a storm! Israel never ceases to amaze me, and with every new journey, I fall in love with this country even more.
The furthest I have traveled remains the same from the last time I wrote! However, I am very excited because I have many upcoming trips planned including trips to Stockholm, Sweden; Prague, Czech Republic; Milan, Italy; Florence, Italy; and hopefully to Petra, Jordan! I am also very excited for my parents to visit Israel in April and to spend a week traveling through the beautiful country with my favorite people.
It was so nice because this week when traveling to Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea, I was in a car with my host family! Traveling to these parts of Israel are a little more difficult and would take hours by public transportation, but in a car with my host family, it only took about two hours each way! I also continued to take the bus and train to get in and out of Tel Aviv, Herzliya, and around Rehovot.
