This week I had grilled mackerel (고등어 구아 ) for the first time. The fish is grilled and served as the main dish, accompanied by many different side dishes like mixed rice, kimchi and bean sprouts. It was delicious!
This week I listened to K-Pop with my friends. They introduced me to new bands like N.C.T. My favorite song from the band is "Firetruck". I like that the band has many different subgroups.
This week I took time to explore Seoul with my friends. We discovered many interesting restaurants that we want to try in the future. The restaurants offer a variety of dishes, so some are similar to home-cooked Korean meals and others are quick street food bites. I'm most excited to try Korean-style Chinese food, like black bean noodles and fried pork.
