The farthest I traveled this week was to Hongdae. The trip was just a simple 30 minute bus ride, but Hongdae is a great place for the younger generation to shop and meet up.
I traveled the farthest in Korea when visiting Busan. This journey was a four hour bus ride, plus two hours to get to the terminal and an hour by train to the heart of the city. We stayed for four days in the port city, which was very different from Seoul. It was fresh and fun to discover, with different foods and customs.
Buses are the main transportation during my stay in Korea, and they are very punctual, clean and quiet.
I would recommend that you visit as many museum and cultural sites as possible while in Korea. They are full of free art events, and Korean art is beautiful and creative.
That's it for now!
