Transportation in Spain

In Madrid, each line has its own track, so when you stand on the platform, the next train will always be the one you have to catch. You never have to wait for the right train. They come every 2-3 minutes during the week and every 5-10 minutes during the weekends. The metro trains are almost never late and are very reliable in the mornings on my way to school. The busses are also very easy and straighfoward to figure out, especially when using maps or Google Maps on my phone. That way, I always know exactly where the bus stop is and when the next bus is coming. Sometimes the busses are late, depending on the traffic, but usually very reliable.

Is this way of getting around connected to the culture and environment, How?:

Madrid is a very big city that is always bustling with a lot of people. The transportations makes is so easy for people to get to where they need to go. It is honestly a city that never sleeps. People eat dinner here really late and are often out very late at night socializing. The transportation accomodates this culture by running trains until 12:30am and by providing night busses after the metro closes.
