I traveled around the city (to the university, the grocery store, and then home). I also traveled about 20 miles outside the city to Sintra.
I traveled from Boston, Massachusetts to Lisbon, Portugal. So just over 3,000 miles. No big deal!
I used my feet, mostly! Lisbon is very rugged with rolling hills, so I am getting lots of decent exercise when I walk around. I also took the subway, Uber, and the train this week.
I visited a castle in Sintra called Bleister Castle. It was built about 250 years ago by a rich family, and it's an enormous and beautiful building with an amazing garden. Sadly my pictures of Bleister weren't the best because of the rainy conditions on the day we webt there.
I also visited an art museum here in Lisbon named the MAAT. It had a lot of modern art, which is not my favorite, but it also had some exhibits thay appealed to me, too!
