A Day in the Life of Camilla

What is your family like?:

There are five people in my family: myself, my two parents, my younger brother and my older sister.

How do you get around?:

I walk, bike and take public transportation. To get to the university, I usually bike. There are clear bike lanes in Heidelberg, and it is only a twenty-five minute ride to class. I take public transportation to get to other places. For example, Heidleberg also has a tram system and many buses that I can use. To go home on the weekends I take a larger regional train. When I am at home, I drive or walk places because it is a small village.

What types of clothing do you like to wear?:

I think I wear pretty normal clothing. Now that it is cold, I have my winter coat, long sleeve shirts, pants, thick socks, warm shoes and usually a scarf. I tend not to wear very extravagent outfits, preferring more solid and darker colors. Most of my clothing is for comfort rather than for making fashion statements!

What do you like to do in your free time?:

In my free time, I talk to my friends and family, cook, bake, read, listen to music and watch Netflix. School is very busy right now, so I do not have a lot of free time.

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I speak two languages fluently, German and English. I know a little bit of Spanish, but do not ever use it. In German "hello" is hallo, so very similar to English!

Do you have pets?:

My family has one dog and one cat.

Have you traveled? Where have you traveled to?:

Yes I have traveled. I have visited the U.S.A.
