This week, the weather has been a mix of sunshine and mild temperatures.
Most days started off with clear blue skies and a warm sun. One morning, I was even greeted by a rainbow stretching over the entrance to my school!

On my walk to school, I passed by a few neighborhood cats lounging in the sun. One of them was even brave enough to strut right up to me, meowing for attention.
This weekend, I went on an incredible hike to Roque Nublo. This massive rock, whose name translates to “Rock in the Clouds”, stands atop an ancient volcano.
From the top, the view was breathtaking. I could see vast stretches of the island below and the outline of Tenerife on the horizon. As the sun set, my friends and I watched everything turn warm and golden.
