The weather was mostly sunny except for yesterday when it rained softly most of the day. It is definitely getting colder and overall cloudier.
I saw pigeons in the city center, ducks in a large pond, and sheep in a spacious enclosure along the road that leads to my school!
Horse chestnuts! My family and I always looked for them around the start of autumn in Seattle, and now, whenever the leaves start to change color, I know it will be time to start scanning the ground for the lustrous shiny brown orbs or their spiky green outsides.
Rain in Albuquerque is very intense but does not last long, whereas rain here can last for the entire day. For instance, today, the weather was drizzly and never let up. This was a change for me.
