The weather this week was cold and stable. For Koreans, the weather is warming up into spring. The average temperatures are between 40-52 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 40-26 degrees Fahrenheit during the night. The heater in my dorm room is running all the time. Usually, the atmosphere is dry, and the breeze is bone-chilling. So I have to make sure that I have a good down or puffy coat. The skies are usually clear with few clouds. Once I got used to the cold, on days where it is not breezy, it would feel like the winters in northern California. A pro-tip would be to layer up in warm sweaters here!
Surprisingly, I didn't see any squirrels around the trees and bushes this week. Maybe squirrels don't live in the hilly metropolitan places of Seoul. I mention squirrels because there are tons of squirrels that roam the campus of my University back in California. I did see many pigeons and birds with a unique tone in their voices as they call to one another.
