Amelia gets around like many students in Oxford - by her own feet! Sometimes she will take the bus or train when she has somewhere further to go. But, for the most part, it's just her own feet that get her around.
Amelia, like many students, likes to wear comfortable clothes that are good for studying and spending long hours at the library. We all have to dress up for our classes though, so she's often dressed up and doesn't get to wear comfy clothes too often.
In her free time, Amelia likes to read books and enjoys walking by the canal that is near our flat. We also go out to dinner with our friends once a week, every Friday. We go to a new restaurant in Oxford in order to have fun after working hard all week!
Amelia speaks English and also a little bit of German and Spanish. In German, "hello" is "guten tag!" and in Spanish, "hello" is "hola!"
Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to have pets in our flat. But Amelia has often had pets growing up and plans on having them when she moves somewhere that allows pets.
Amelia has traveled all over Europe and the United States. She also plans on taking a trip to Africa in the near future and has a goal of seeing every continent in her life. In Europe, she has been to Edinburgh, Amsterdam, London, Dublin, Berlin and many more.
