How was the weather this week?: The weather at the beginning of the week was temperate, but on Thursday and Friday, we experienced high-speed winds and rain. Much of the same is expected today, Saturday.
What animals did I see this week? : Copenhagen doesn't have a lot of wildlife as you might imagine, but there is always an abundance of pigeons. And Ppople like to take their dogs for walks, and I can almost always spot a pooch on my way to class or on the metro. Crane flies are really common in August and September, but now that the weather has cooled down, they aren't around any more.
What was the coolest thing I saw in nature this week?: On Sunday, I was coming back from Jylland (Jütland; das dänische Festland - the Danish mainland), and crossing the bridges to Fyn (Funen) and Sjælland (Zealand) you get a fantastic view of the Danish straits.
