Interview with Emma!

How do you get around?:

"When the weather is good, I like to ride my bike. My home is a 30 minute ride from the city center, but when it rains, I take the bus. The public transportation system in Estonia is really good in general. It is free for Estonian students so it is very convinent. I have a driver's license, but I don't have a car, and since my mother works further away, she usually takes the family car to take my father to work and then she goes to work herself. In the summer, I like to walk home from the city. It is a very lovely walk with a great view of the sea. It takes about an hour."

What types of clothing do you like to wear?:

"I really like wearing sweaters and jeans. Sometimes I wear colorful socks, but otherwise I dress in relatively neutral colors (white, black, navy blue, dark green).

I also like to wear skirts. My favorite outfit right now is my black skirt, black tights, Dr. Martens smooth leather loafers, and a soft sweater."

What do you like to do in your free time?:

"During my free time I like to read books, hang out with my friends, host gatherings at my home, volunteer at my church, play sports (basketball and football - what you call soccer) or go for long walks. I also like to cook!"

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

"I can speak five languages: Estonian, Finnish, English, Spanish and Russian. I am fluent in the first three and I can mostly understand the other two, but I am not fluent in them.
