






Finland has two national languages. The first language is Finnish (Suomea), and the second is Swedish due to previously being under Swedish control. English is also commonly spoken here, but where I live, most people talk to Finnish.
The euro is the form of currency that they use here, and its symbol looks like this: €. The euro is commonly used throughout a variety of countries within Europe and is split between coins and paper money (banknotes). The coins can be 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 cents, as well as a coin for €1 and €2. The paper money amounts for euros are €5, €10, €20, €50, €100, €200, and €500, even though the €500 note is rarely seen or used regularly by individuals.
