Santa lives in the northern Arctic area of Lapland, covered in snow. Overall, Finland's nature has not been negatively impacted by destruction like other countries have had with their natural surroundings. Forestry is a big industry in Finland, which allows for many jobs for individuals. For every tree that is taken down as part of their forest industry, one or even two new ones are planted, actively making sure that their forests stay the same size they are meant to be. Finns use their local environment to help with their day-to-day activities.
