Hello, everybody!
My name is Jocelynn and I'm a student from California State University, Long Beach currently studying abroad in Madrid, Spain! My parents are both originally from El Salvador, but I have lived in California my entire life. I grew up in Hawthorne, California, and when I was in elementary school, my favorite classes were always language arts and arts and crafts! I love getting creative, and I am even taking an online music class here in Madrid. Some of my hobbies include visiting Disneyland, bowling, and watching anime. I love Disneyland so, so much! I had a Disney pass two years ago and went many times. I hope to visit Disneyland in Paris, France while I am here in Europe! That is something on my European bucket list. A bucket list is a list of experiences or goals you hope to accomplish in your life. I got inspired to study abroad because when I was younger, around 15 years old, I came up with a bucket list, which included going to Europe. I'm so happy that I have the opportunity to live in Spain as part of my study abroad exchange program through my university.
I am currently living in Getafe, which is a community in Spain within the city of Madrid. When I first arrivived in Madrid, I stayed in a hotel in the city center to be near all the fun and action!
