Bok choy is one of my favorite vegetables but it isn’t very common in America so I love getting to eat it almost every day with my school lunch.
One of the best parts about living in Taiwan is the vibrant night market life. In every new city and town I visit, I discover something special in their night markets. Each one has a different identity and is as unique as the local cultures that inspire them. Although I was nervous about learning how to travel through night markets when I first moved to Taiwan, now they are a special part of my daily life here that feels like home!
