This week, I traveled to Newcastle, England, which is about 270 miles (435 km) from Dublin. The flight was only about 1.5 hours, so it was a quick trip! While I was there, I visited some friends who go to university in Newcastle. They showed me around the city, and I had the chance to explore some cool spots. My favorite part was definitely the people, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was amazing to see how nice and helpful everyone was, and it made the whole experience feel even more memorable. I loved the vibe of the city and how easy it was to connect with people!
So far, I’ve had the chance to travel quite a bit! I’ve explored Galway and Howth, both in Ireland, as well as Cardiff in Wales and Newcastle in England. Each place has had its own unique charm, and it’s been exciting to experience so much in such a short time. I’ve been in Ireland for about a month now, and I’m already amazed at how much I’ve seen and done! It feels like each new place I visit adds something special to this whole journey. I can't wait for more adventures ahead!
