I have not traveled far this week! I mainly go to and from school on the bus.
So far, I have only traveled in Italy, but I will visit Portugal in March. I have never been there, so I am excited to experience warmer weather and the beach.
In my town, most people get to school on public transportation. We use the bus to get from Bra to Pollenzo, the village where our university is located. Pollenzo is so tiny that nobody lives there, but the bus is great because it is all electric!
I visited Alba, a neighboring town, to see a contemporary art exhibit by Guiseppe Penone. Penone makes many sculptures using living trees, brass, and clay.
Did you know that Alba is the white truffle capital of the world? White truffles are mushrooms that are very rare and expensive. Have you tried truffles before?
