Transportion In, Around and Out of Ulaanbaatar

It was a bit uncomfortable and people kept bumping into each other! 

Is this way of getting around connected to the culture and environment, How?:

The traffic represents the fact that Ulaanbaatar is still a developing city, and there are not many roads, or other routes to take when going downtown. Taking rides from strangers represents the hospitality of the Mongolian people, as their nomadic traditions have taught them to be welcoming and helpful.
