The main language spoken in London is English, but many people here speak another language, and it is estimated that there are between 290-300 different languages spoken in London every day.
London uses the British Pound (GBP) but some people here call British Pounds "quids", like how we might say "bucks" in the United States. So, instead of saying 30 pounds, someone from the U.K. or London might say "30 quid", like we might say "30 bucks" instead of "30 dollars".
One bottle of water in London usually costs me between 1 to 2 pounds.
The best meal I had this week was a hamburger in Vienna, Austria! My friends and I traveled to Vienna this past weekend, and for lunch one day, we got to eat in a restaurant inside of a greenhouse The hamburger was made from Austrian beef, and it was one of the best Hamburgers I have ever had!
This week, I listened to a lot of music and podcasts while I traveled on the London Underground (or a "Tube"), which is London's subway system. My favorite music to listen to right now is by Sabrina Carpenter and a band called The Jungle.
