The weather this week has been cloudy and rainy. I am used to cold weather, but I miss seeing the sun. I think that a lot of people feel tired in this type of weather.
Lang Son seems to have a lot of dogs. Every time I go for a walk, I see at least two dogs walking around town. Sometimes I see a cat or two, but I have not seen any wild animals that are new to me. There seems to be a lot of traffic in Lang Son and I think that many animals are scared of loud honking, which is a sound I hear often!
I spent some time researching a dark purple plant that I often see in my community. It has many names such as Purple Queen and Purple Heart. Rainy and tropical (warm and humid) places are good places to grow this plant. It seems that, for the most part, Lang Son is the perfect place for Purple Queens.
