The weather this week finally took a turn for the best! Over the last couple of weeks, the weather has been rainy and windy. However, this week, the weather was warmer and the sun was shining bright. I believe winter, here, is finally over and summer is now on its way. I am excited to go to the beach and spend my time outside with my friends.
Haifa is known for having an interesting animal roaming the streets: wild boar! These boars can be found anywhere in Haifa, and they are quite dangerous! A wild boar resembles a pig, but is much larger and darker, and unlike regular pigs, wild boar travel in packs.
Traveling to Ein Hod was one of the most amazing experiences I had this week. Ein Hod is a village populated by many artists who design their own artwork, which can range from sculptures, fabrics, mosaics, prints, or canvas paints. The town also hosts artistic events every week, such as hosting a flamenco guitarist or a paint night. It is a beautiful town full of wildlife and museums.
