I also help with scheduling, paperwork and organizing events for the department. It is a nice job and allows me to also complete schoolwork (I am currently going back to school to complete my degree).
Take advantage of the different things your school offers! I wish that my son had had as many afterschool activities and teams to choose from when he was in high school. He could have figured out what he wanted to do before starting college!
