There’s a lot happening in the world, and it can be hard to keep up with everything.
Before I left for Ulaanbaatar, the teachers held a volleyball tournament while the students were on break. Volleyball and basketball are two of the most popular sports in Mongolia. I’m not very good at either sport, but I try my best!
Mongolians celebrate the Lunar New Year, which they call Tsagaan Tsar (White Month). This year it will be in early February, but some people are already starting to prepare buuz (mutton dumplings) to share with family and friends.
