The weather is pleasant. There is a slight breeze that makes it feel like early fall weather. However, this is considered cold for South Indians! Although it snows in some parts of North India, this is the coldest it gets in the South.
There are a lot of stray dogs in India, so I've seen a lot of dogs. It's also common to see cows, pigs, and even monkeys on the streets!
I ate a sitaphal (custard apple), which is a fruit you don't find in America. It is an interesting fruit to look at. It is green and lumpy. Inside, there are many pods of white, creamy fruit with a seed in each. It is very sweet and creamy, and can only be found in India between October and December. We managed to find a couple that had been frozen and preserved. Frozen sitaphal tastes like ice cream!
