Since it's no longer summer time, all of Belgium is typically rainy and cloudy. When it rains, it doesn't rain a lot. Instead, the rain is like a drizzle and lasts a few minutes. The rain will stop and start again throughout the day. Since the days are mostly cloudy, it means that the weather is a bit cold. Everyone walks around in a coat or heavy jacket now, and I have to make sure to always carry an umbrella with me.
I only saw dogs while visiting Dinant, but not many. The dogs were usually small breeds like terriers or Chihuahuas. Since Dinant is touristic area, I didn't really expect so see any wild animals like deer or rabbits.
The River Meuse that ran through the city of Dinant was very cool to see. It is a large river and there were lots of people riding in boats. I'm afraid of deep water like oceans and large rivers, but I faced my fears to take a boat ride on the River Meuse and had a great time.
