Our News

If you haven’t seen it or read the story, I strongly recommend you do.

What activity was the most fun this week?:

The most fun activity this week was participating in 10-kilometer race in Reims. About 10,000 people participated in the race, so it was pretty big! We ran the streets of Reims, and ate bananas that volunteers gave us along the way to keep up our energy.

What did I read this week?:

This week I read about how countries like the United States interact with other countries like France, Japan or Russia. The book is called World Order and it was written by an American called Henry Kissinger. If you decide to study politics, it is likely you will hear of him again, because he is a famous political scientist and diplomat.

What games or sports did I play this week?:

I rowed this week as well. With the days becoming shorter, I might have to row inside using machines instead of rowing outside on the canal. If it becomes too dark, we won’t be able to see and it can be dangerous. So, I’m taking as many opportunities as I can to row outside before it starts getting dark even earlier.

Other news from this week:

I celebrated Halloween at a costume party with my friends this week. Halloween is coming up and we wanted to see each other’s costumes. I dressed up like a skeleton. I think I looked pretty scary.
