The best meal I've had this week has to have been the duck. Duck in French is called le canard. I live above a restaurant, and they serve the most delicious duck I have ever tried. Also, I don't have to go far to eat something without having to cook. Have you ever tried duck before? Here, they serve it with yellow rice and some garlic bread.
This week I listened to the soundtrack of The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky, who is a famous Russian composer. When I was around 10 years old, I went to the ballet every Christmas to listen to The Nutcracker. The music is very nice, and the story is beautiful as well. It is about a little girl who receives a nutcracker toy soldier as a gift from a magical watchmaker. At night, the magical watchmaker makes her small and brings the soldier to life. He then takes her around a magical dreamland full of scary rat soldiers and snow queens and faraway lands.
