The best meal this week was a cuttlefish ink spaghetti. This dish is prepared by harvesting the ink of a squid-like animal called a cuttlefish. The pasta is completely blackened by the ink and, when you eat it, your tongue and mouth turn as black as the ink!
On the plane, on my way to Italy, I listened to one of my favorite Italian composers, Ennio Morricone. His music was a great way to enjoy the two-hour flight.
