Amidst my research and traveling, I didn't really play sports or games. I like running sometimes on the weekdays to Parc de Bruxelles (Brussels Park) where I also usually run by the Royal Palace of Brussels; it reminds me of running by the monuments in Washington, D.C. during my college years!
I got to attend a battery policy event last week in Brussels, which was also quite reminiscent of my time in D.C. There were policy leads from a number of organizations that lobby for their organization's positions within the European Union, and the panels had prominent leaders from both the public and private sectors.
