The book is called Plavo Čuperak, or Blond Strand, and it's by a poet called Miroslav Antić. I've been trying to translate the poems, but I only know a few words, so it has been a great opportunity for me to practice.
Basketball is a really popular sport here in Serbia. There are many Serbian players in the American N.B.A., like the famous Nikola Jokić! Fun fact: Serbia has the second-tallest people in the world, behind the Netherlands. The average height for a man is six feet tall! Now that the weather is warm, you can spot everyone from kids to adults playing basketball in the city.

The streets were crowded with people both celebrating and protesting the president, since he is a very controversial figure in Serbia. You could spot tractors flying Serbian flags driving down the main road in Novi Sad, along with motorcycles and trucks. It was very loud as people were playing music and honking their car horns.
