I cannot say this enough, but Barcelona is beautiful, and the weather here is perfect! I am used to below-freezing winters and spending this week in the fifties was a dream come true. Some of my Americanfriends here say they are cold, but I still would not change this weather at all. It is beautiful, especially in comparison to cold Massachusetts winters. What are your winters like?
At my university, the University of Barcelona, there are several cats that live outside the building. I am not sure if they belong to professors or if they are only strays that people started to put food out for. I keep my distance just in case; so far I have seen four different cats altogether. Besides cats, Barcelona is filled with dogs being walked by their owners. ¡Qué mono! (How cute!)
