Sumin's classes start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. every Monday through Friday.
Sumin takes a bus to school every day. She is allowed to walk to and from her bus stop by herself.
Sumin eats lunch in her school's cafeteria. Her favorite foods are Kimchi stew and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Sumin goes to an international school. This means that her school teaches classes in English. In most schools here, though, it is more common to speak Korean. If you want to say hello in Korean, you have to say "an-yong-ha-say-o".
Sumin says that names like Jae-eun, Jinyoung, and Minseong are very popular. Some students even have to put a number by their name so teachers can tell them apart.
Like schools in the US, Sumin's school teaches mathematics, science, literature, history, and gym. Unlike schools in the US, Sumin is also able to take a class called woodworking. This is actually Sumin's favorite class. She loves learning how to make things out of wood.
