It's quite expensive to renew, and I get around fine without a car, so I don't feel much pressure to do so. We have really good biking lanes and sidewalks, so that's why I walk and bike a lot. Finland has good public transport so I can take a three-hour bus or train ride to the capital (Helsinki) for as little as seven Euros.
I wear normal clothes (jeans, t-shirts, etc). I like boots more than sneakers. I like to wear a hat that Solina calls an "old man hat." I still wear it anyway, of course. I've been told that these types of hats are not that popular in the United States, but they are here.
I like climbing, both indoor and outdoor. I also like to draw and paint, play video games, read books and play music. I play the drums, bass, guitar and some piano. I don't sing - actually, I'm just too afraid to sing.
I speak Finnish, English, some Swedish, and a tiny bit of Spanish. I'm learning German at university. In Finnish, you say, terve (pronounced tair - vay) or moi (pronunced moy).
No, but I wish I had a dog. When Solina visits Finland, I think it's funny that she always asks to pet people's dogs. Though I love dogs, I don't do this because it's uncommon to ask this in Finland. Of course, Solina does it anyway.
