Last weekend, I visited the Costa Brava in the small town of Lloret de Mar. My friend Bea and I walked along a coastal trail that had an old castle built into it. Because the weather was so cloudy, there were not many people in town, which is usually very touristy. That meant we had the trail all to ourselves.
This upcoming weekend, I have some Minnesotan friends coming to stay with me. We’ve planned a little train trip to southern France, and I’m super excited to wander around the medieval architecture in Carcassonne and enjoy a few croissants with my coffee.
