Paris is over 1,000 kilometers (about 800 miles) away from Limerick.
Although I do know the exact amount of miles traveled on my journey so far, I do know that France is the third country I've visited during my trip. It's so exciting to be so close to so many amazing places!
I took a bus from Limerick to the Dublin airport. Then, I flew to Paris in a plane and used the Metro system to travel within Paris. The Metro System is a series of underground trains that many people use to get around the city. It's extremely convenient for travelers like me without a car!
One of the most interesting places I visited this week was the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Did you know that construction on this building began in 1163? That's over 800 years ago!
