The flight from Vienna to Rome is 475 miles. That means I travelled 950 miles this week!
In my last Logbook I said that I had travelled 5,225 miles. Since then I have...
In total I have now travelled 6,500 miles!
This week I took lots of different types of transportation. On my way to Rome I had to take a subway and a train in Vienna. Then I flew in an airplane to get to Rome. In Rome, I travelled by bus, subway, tram and on foot. I am so thankful for public transportation!
I loved visiting the Pantheon. The Pantheon is an ancient building in Rome. It was built almost 2,000 years ago! The Pantheon is very beautiful because it is a dome shape with a hole in the very top. The hole lets sunlight shine into the building from the ceiling. In Ancient Rome, people used sunlight to tell the time, so the Pantheon is like a big, ancient clock!
