Hi! My name is Chloe. I’m 20 years old and I’m from Baltimore, Maryland. I study communication and Spanish at the University of Maryland, which is right outside of Washington D.C. I love living in Baltimore. It’s a fun, vibrant city on the East Coast, and only an hour away from the nation’s capital. We’re also only two hours from Philadelphia, four hours from New York, and three hours from the beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, so it’s really easy to visit the nearby large cities and beaches. One of my favorite things about Baltimore is that we’re right on a river that connects to the Chesapeake Bay and there’s so much to do on the water. We’re very proud of our connection to the water and marine life. We’re also surrounded by beautiful parks and nature, so you get the best of both worlds. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, photography, horseback riding, eating pizza, watching Harry Potter for the millionth time, going to concerts, traveling and playing with animals. I’m so excited to share my travels and experiences in Spain with you all!
I started learning Spanish my freshman year of high school and I hope one day to be totally fluent, so I decided to study abroad in Sevilla, Spain to learn more about Spanish language and culture.
