I didn't really travel anywhere! The town I live in is so small that I can walk wherever I need to go. However, I take a car when the weather is really bad.
I have not been traveling too much because it is wintertime! But when I came up to Ísafjörður, it was a six hour drive through winding fjords from Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland.
I pretty much walked everywhere I needed to go! However, I am also learning how to drive a manual transmission car so that I can more easily rent cars when I travel.
I went for a hike on top of the avalanche wall in town this week. It's a great place to see the whole town from! In winter, there is a risk of avalanches, so big dirt barriers are built next to the mountain to protect the town.
I have not been traveling around too much and am enjoying spending some time in the same place.
